5. Payment and Delivery:
- Honour payment agreements and deliver services as described in your gig.
- Do not engage in fraudulent transactions or attempt to manipulate the payment system.
6. Intellectual Property:
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
- Do not use unauthorized content or violate copyright laws.
7. Community Collaboration:
- Encourage a collaborative and supportive community.
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to our support team.
8. Compliance with Laws:
- Adhere to all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Do not engage in illegal activities on TriniFreelance.
9. Dispute Resolution:
- Resolve conflicts professionally and amicably.
- Use our dispute resolution system for conflicts that cannot be resolved directly.
10. Reporting Violations:
- Report any violations of these guidelines promptly.

Consequences of Violation:
- Duplicate gigs will be removed, and the account may be flagged.
- Going against our Community Guidelines and Policies may result in the removal of your account without reimbursement.
- Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

By using TriniFreelance, you agree to these guidelines and the right of TriniFreelance to take appropriate action, including the removal of accounts, for non-compliance.
